On the eve of the 60th anniversary of the victory of the Soviet people in the Great Patriotic War, we again turn to those grandiose events, to open new pages of the terrible tragedy that hit our country in the summer of 1941, and new pages of the great feat that our people performed in the spring of 1945. We turn again because that the study of this war will continue for as long as our history continues. We appeal not only for a retrospective analysis of the past, but also for deep reflection on the present and, of course, the future of Russia.
