The dictionary includes more than 1,500 names of Soviet officers, participants in the battles in East Prussia in 1944-1945, distinguished and awarded the Order of Alexander Nevsky. Articles contain biographical references, information about exploits, links to sources and literature. The materials are compiled on the basis of award documents stored in the Central Archive of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation (Podolsk, Moscow Region).
