This tutorial is an introductory part of the course on artificial intelligence, the main purpose of which is to study the model of knowledge representation based on classical logical calculi - statement calculus and predicate calculus. The manual affects not only the theoretical foundations of the model of knowledge representation under consideration, but also its implementation in the logical programming language Prologue. Thus, students not only master the theoretical foundations of the representation of knowledge in a logical model, but also gain practical skills in applying knowledge when writing and debugging logical programs.
