This is a continuation of the culinary series, which began with the book "50 desserts for home cooking," prepared for March 8 for friends and partners of ROSTA. The release of the second book was timed to coincide with the Day of the Medical Worker. Under the cover, the authors have collected recipes for classic and not very snacks that are served to wine in different countries. The structure of the recipes is identical to the first book (the recipe itself with the ingredients, a photograph of the dish, a historical reference, a story about the key ingredient or advice on the cooking technique), but the authors added one nuance: the invited sommelier picked up wine for each dish. And the reference section gives recommendations on the correct presentation of various types of wine.
