Once the idea of ​ ​ publishing the magazine "Do it yourself" was presented by the publishing house "Spark" to the publishing house "Knowledge," therefore, by their decision to start publishing the magazine, the Ogonykovites pleased the readers. Now they had two magazines with the same name but different content. However, in 2006, having released 3 issues, the Ogonyok publishing house stopped publishing the magazine. In total, 81 DIY magazines of the Ogonyok publishing house were published.
