The monograph provides an analysis of domestic and foreign approaches to solving the problem of interoperability of large complex open information organizational and technical systems (OTS). It is shown that a promising direction in the development of the domestic reference model of interoperability, presented in GOST R 55062, is the formation of an extended descriptive model of interoperability of OTS, which would adapt and integrate the best foreign methodological developments set forth in SCOPE and NIF models.
