The textbook outlines the laws of demonstrative (reliable) and non-demonstrative (plausible) thinking in a short presentation, taking into account their teaching in humanitarian universities. Particular emphasis is placed on the logical analysis of the laws of normative thinking, legal language and features of legal thinking. Modal logic is interesting and accessible - the most complex and time-consuming topic of the training course.
