The existing inertial navigation systems and their development prospects are analyzed. Types, composition and characteristics of devices and systems containing integrated navigation and satellite navigation system (INSSNS) are given. The fields of application of INSSNS in UAV systems, high-precision aerial photography, in vehicles, in spacecraft orientation control systems are described. Solution of navigation and orientation problems by autonomous systems, determination of vehicle coordinates by data of satellite measurements and measurements of inertial unit are considered.
