The monograph is devoted to the confrontation between the Soviet and Japanese special services in the period 1918-1945. The efforts of the USSR state security agencies at that time were aimed primarily at preventing and suppressing the intelligence and subversive activities of the Japanese special services, as well as the sabotage and terrorist activities of the nationalist underground in the Far East.
