Industrial hazard analysis during trunk pipeline operation is presented. The effect of cyclic loads on stress-strain state and material fatigue is studied. Using the Ansys software package, corrosion damage of the near-weld zone of the pipeline was simulated and its maximum value was determined for the safe operation of the pipeline according to the criterion of stress-strain state and ultimate strength of pipe steel.
