The main provisions for the design of technological processes for the manufacture of parts and assembly of cars are considered. Particular attention is paid to the detection of defects, size control and sorting of parts, methods for removing dirt from the surface of parts, methods for their restoration, the basics of assembling units, methods for ensuring the given assembly accuracy, control of the assembly quality, as well as a comprehensive check of a heavy truck after repair.
