The monograph analyzes the problems of family disorder, which acts as one of the main reasons for the formation of an antisocial orientation of the personality of minors and the conditions for their entry into the path of offenses, criminogenic forms of manifestation and the mechanism of coercive influence of this socially deviant phenomenon, as well as issues of improving the theory and practice of decriminalization of family disorder as the leading conditions for preventing juvenile delinquency.
