An attempt was made to comprehensively and logically investigate the main armed conflicts and wars that took place in the Greater Middle East, from the 1960s to 2016 inclusive. The diverse nature of the emergence of conflict international relations, their specifics, as well as their active and growing aggressive use by external forces, primarily the United States, are shown. The main focus is on the most important armed conflicts and wars in the Near and Middle East.
