"The Word about Igor's Regiment" is one of the oldest monuments of literature of Ancient Russia. The plot of the work tells about the campaign of the troops of the Old Russian prince against the enemy Polovtsian tribes. In this edition, the text "Words about Igor's Regiment" is presented in three versions: this is the original Old Russian text, the translation of the first publishers under the direction of Count Alexei Musin-Pushkin and the translation of Nikolai Zabolotsky. The book is decorated with illustrations made in the first half of the 20th century by artists Ivan Golikov, Ivan Blinov and Natalia Goncharova.
