The uniqueness of this biographical study is determined by the topic itself - the new book of the ZhZL series is dedicated to the first President of the Russian Federation B. N. Yeltsin. In this person, two principles got along in a strange way, which determined the attitude towards him in the era of the fracture. One part of the people saw him as an outstanding builder of a new Russia, the other as a destroyer of a great state.
