This paper describes the techniques and methods of training jumps, gives an analysis and description of the phases of the jump, provides a classification of existing jumps. The methodical sequence describes high jumps, length, depth, ski jumping. A large place is given to the description of the technique and methodology of training in jumping on various shells and preparatory exercises for them. When describing jumps, execution errors, complication techniques and insurance are indicated. A description is also given of jumping through combined shells.
