This paper outlines the basics of boxing techniques and tactics, describes exercises that contribute to creating favorable prerequisites for improving sportsmanship, the sequence and methodology of teaching technical techniques, some ways to develop individual qualities during various periods of training and training, forms of training sessions in the grassroots physical education team and at a special gathering.
