The political works of Oswald Spengler (1880-1936) remained until recently not translated into Russian, despite the fact that his work "Years of Decisions" (1933) was a huge reader's success in pre-war Germany. It contains the main ideas of political sociology of Spengler, who is considered one of the founders of the modern theory of international relations ("New Forms of World Politics" (1924)).
