The proposed dictionary contains about 6500 words with a description of their origin and time of appearance in Russian. The publication contains visual dictionary articles describing how, when and through which language a particular word penetrated the Russian language. The book will be useful to schoolchildren, university students and students of humanitarian colleges, as well as to everyone who is interested in their native language and its history.
