Pedagogical, psychological and biomedical issues of assessment of wrestlers' performance, planning of training loads are disclosed, methods of improvement of tactical and technical training are described. The approximate content of weekly training cycles at various stages of preparation is proposed, recommendations are given on the methodology for conducting training sessions.
