Apparently, Europe during the XIX century. experienced the same final stage of development as the era of the Roman emperors, and we are waiting for something new, only now emerging. Therefore, the history of Rome is so close to us internally; it allows us to better understand the meaning of the now experienced old world, and our experience will provide an opportunity to intuitively capture the still hidden threads connecting individual phenomena.
