The scientific publication was developed on the basis of a comprehensive analysis of the cult monuments of the Zhaisan sanctuary, materials of urban cultural monuments located between the Chu and Talas rivers and the Khiam fortress. The materials of the monuments are considered against the background of a wide range of sources, data from numismatics, sphragistics, toponymy, anthropology and writing.
